1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Soda Water
Serve over ice
Soda water amount can vary: Ask!
Old Fashioned
2 oz Spirit (Typically Whiskey)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
Pink Gin
2 oz Plymouth Gin
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice and strain
Cocktail Coupe, Lemon Twist
Sazerac
2 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
5 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Splash of Absinthe
1/2 Sugar Cube
- Chill a lowball glass with ice water
- Muddle Sugar Cube with water in mixing glass
- Pour out water in lowball, add Absinthe
- Add whiskey, bitters, and lemon peel to mixing glass with ice. Stir.
- Strain into Absinthe washed glass.
Black Velvet
Champagne topped with Guiness in a flute or coupe

1 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash each Orange, Peychaud, Celery bitters

Common variations use a barspoon of Drambuie or Benedictine in place of Orange Bitters and Absinthe.
Boothby Cocktail
1 1/2 oz whiskey
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angosturra Bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
1 oz Champagne
Stir and strain into a Coupe, top with Champagne and an Orange peel
This is a Manhattan Variant and sometimes called a Boothby Manhattan

3/4 oz Gin

Shake and strain into Coupe with Lemon Twist
It’s a small cocktail, so doubling volume would be reasonable.

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

Dash Amer Picon Bitters
Stir and strain, up or on the rocks, lemon/orange twist

2 oz Cachaca
2 Lime Quarter Juice
2 teaspoons sugar
Muddle sugar and juice, add crushed ice and cachaca

Champagne (or other bone dry sparkling wine)

Angostura Bitters
Saturate the sugar cube with Angostura, then deposit in the flute. Top with wine.
Express a lemon twist over the glass, but discard the peel.
