Typical items include, O&M Manuals, eOMSI data files, Record Drawings, extended warranty information, spare parts, extra material stock, keys, recorded training videos, turnover letters and others.

List at least (5) systems or equipment that the contractor provides training on for government
personnel.

Answer 2

Contractor is typically required to provide training for all types of mechanical and control systems, fire alarm and fire suppression systems, photovoltaic systems, generators, UPS systems, electronic security systems and others.

Question 3

List the CPAR elements (evaluation areas) that the ET should provide input on when the COR is preparing the contractor’s evaluation.

The ET should provide input on the contractor’s performance with Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Management.
