in kawasaki disease, what could CBC with diff show?
elevated WBC
low H&H
Thrombocytosis
in kawasaki disease, what should acute phase reactants reveal?
elevated CRP and ESR
in kawasaki, what would LFTs and albumin show?
LFTs can be elevated
albumin can be low (<3 mg/dL)
What are the 3 distinct phases of kawasaki?
Acute phase (first 10 days)
Subacute phase (10 days - 3 weeks)
Convalescent (3 weeks - ~8 weeks)

Aspirin and IVIG
