severe dehydration, burns, haemorrhage, neoplasia

What are the clinical signs of hypovolaemic shock?
A
pale MM, low BP, CRT prolonged, tachycardia (D220, C250)

What is the physiology of hypovolameic shock?
A
loss of circulating volumes, vasoconstriction- slower BP, re-routing blood to vital organs- temp increases BP short term (coping mechanism)- fluid to replace
70% blood volume in one beat- cardiac output
