A

Gives inaccurate picture of the employee because they are more than the final objective .

Managers could create bottom line mentality which results in socially undermining the employee.

Lead to employees to violet policies which results in legal fees, fines and lost of customer.

Results influenced by factors beyond the control of employees
Product quality, competition, tech, budget constraints .

Results don’t tell you how to improve behaviour for the next year
