Method for choice chamber (light intensity)

1. Contract choice chamber in Petri dish
2. Measuring light intensity = cover one half (lid and sides) with black paper
3. Put damp filter paper in both sides
4. Put 10 woodlice in the centre
5. After 10 minutes record the no of woodlouse on each side
   = most should be on the dark side

Method of choice chamber for humidity

Answer 3

Set up choice chamber 
Put damp filter paper on one side of the chamber and a drying agent on the other sides
Don’t cover with paper 
Put lid on 
Put 10 woodlice in centre 
Leave for 10 mins 
Record where they are 
Should be on the damp side
