Q

How do you do a serial solution with 5 tubes a dilution factor of 2 and initial conc of 4mM

A
  1. Add 10cm of initial glucose to the first test tube
  2. Add 5cm of distill water to next 4
  3. Pipette 5 of glucose from first test tube into second
