Diagnostic Criteria (3)

A
  1. Typical lesion (1 or more): painful nodules, abscesses, draining sinuses, double-open comedones, bridged scars
  2. Typical distribution: axillae, groin, buttocks, perineal, and inframammary regions
    *Atypical or ectopic sites may be affected but at least 1 typical area must
    be involved.
  3. Chronicity and recurrence of symptoms
