Sexual battery
is non-consensual oral, anal, or vaginal penetration of a sexual organ or the anal or vaginal penetration with any other object; however, it does not include an act done for a medical purpose.
Mentally defective
a mental disease or disorder that renders a person temporarily or permanently incapable of judging their conduct
Mentally incapacitated
a person incapable of controlling their own conduct due to the influence of a narcotic, anesthetic, or intoxicating substance administered without their consent
Physically helpless
unconscious, asleep, or for any other reason physically unable to communicate unwillingness to an act
Physically incapacitated
bodily impaired or handicapped and substantially limited in ability to resist or flee
Lewd and lascivious conduct
any sexual act considered to be highly offensive
Sexual activity
the oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; however, sexual activity does not include an act done for bona fide medical purposes.
Consent
actively agreeing to do something or giving permission for something to happen
Coercion
the use of exploitation, bribes, threats of force, or intimidation to gain cooperation or compliance.
