Stalking
occurs when the suspect willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks the victim
Aggravated stalking
Stalking and makes a credible threat to the victim.
Credible threat
is a verbal or non-verbal threat, that places someone in reasonable fear for their safety
Cyberstalk
Stalking using electronic mail or electronic communication
Child abuse
Intentionally inflicting or encouraging another person to inflict physical or mental injury to a child younger than 18
Mental injury
is an injury to the intellectual or psychological health of a child
Aggravated child abuse
- committed aggravated battery upon a child,
- willfully tortured a child,
- maliciously punished a child,
- caged a child, or
- committed child abuse, causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement.
Child neglect
When a caregiver fails to provide food, clothing, shelter, and medical services essential for the well-being of a child
Abusive Head Trauma
an injury to the head and brain of an infant or child younger than six years of age, usually as the result of violent shaking or blunt impact
