The care of their children.

-Worried if they will be taken into welfare custody or living with other family members.
- Sometimes r children of incarcerated women become wards of the state which eliminates future contact with their mother.
-Prisons offer very little privacy which can be difficult for women, especially those with pasts of trauma.
