The nominal scale
A
Represents qualititative differences. Name code department etc

A
represents a order. ordered size. series of ranks, first second small medium etc.

The Interval scale
A
There is no absence in zero point. Like heat or height of sea. We adjust a zero point.

The ratio scale
A
There is absence in the zero point. we can describes results as ratios. Like 20 cm is the half of the 40 cm and there is absence in 0 cm (no height)
