Order of draw eliminates confusion
Consequences can include; doctors diagnosing wrong dosage prescriptions to patients due to tubes not being in the Order of Draw sequence

5 modes of transmission:
Airborne - infectious agent transmitted by air . Ex: sneezing / coughing
Contact: infectious agent transmitted by touching Ex: touching contaminated objects, kissing
Droplet - infectious agent transmitted to the mucous membranes of the mouth, nose, or conjunctiva if the eyes Ex: mucous
Vector - infectious agent transmission by an insect or animal. Ex: mosquitos
Vehicle - infectious agent transmission through food contamination of food, water or drugs. Ex: salmonella, E. coli
