What is a macro cycle?
A annual plan yearly. This shows how it will get better each month
What is linear periodization
To gradually increase the intensity of the training program simultaneously decrease volume over a specific period of time.
What is a undulating periodization
Change volume, intensity and exercise selection to provide loading differences on a daily or weekly basis
