A

Precontemplation- no intention of exercising within the next 6 months. Education
Contemplation: Not exercising, but considering in the next 6 months
Preparation: Exercise on occasion, planning to start w/in month. Establish clients goals and set up a support network
Action: exercising regulary but for less than 6 months.
Educate on how to deal with potential barriers
Maintenance: exercising longer than 6 months. Can still regress, work to enhance their motivation and show their results
