keep language neutral and not too positive or negative

What is a presentation to inform?
explanation, report, description, or demonstration on how to do something.
What is relevance?
information applies, relates, or has significance to the audience.
What is interest?
qualities that arouse attention and stimulate curiosity.
What is the importance?
Perceptions of worth, value, and usefulness
What is framing?
placing set of boundaries around a story to influence the story
What is gatekeeping?
Determining what news, information, or entertainment reaches the mass audience
What is agenda setting?
Selecting what the audience will see and hear as well as in what order they will see it.
What is culture?
set of beliefs and understandings a society has about the world as well as its place in it and the activities to celebrate those beliefs.
what is the theory of learning styles?
Idea that people learn better when the strategy is presented in a strategy that fits with the type of intelligence they have they have the most of.
What is reciprocity?
relationship of mutual exchange and interdependence
