need to be hydrated
not wearing a lot of metal

careful with measuring
make sure to grab fat only and not muscle
Dexa
gives bone density with the fat percentage
tells u where the fat percentage lays
need a room dedicated to dexa
dunk tank - hydrostatic weighing
not as common bc there are easier ways
body composition characteristics

- height and weight requirments
- need for power and endurance
- weight certification?
- body appearance (what has to be worn uniform wise)
