Lack of proper nutrients in a diet that happens when a nutrient is absent or lacking from diet poor food choices or the bodies inability to use certain nutrients properly

A condition in which the body cannot properly control level of sugar in blood

Extreme allergic reaction that causes shock symptoms and possibly death

Protein found in wheat and other grains like rye barley and Graham that causes health problems

Proteins build and repair tissues antibodies enzymes and hormones. They regulate fluid balance and selves in many body processes and supply energy when needed.

Starches and sugars found in food that supply energy and turn into fat if not used for energy
Iron
Combines with protein to make hemoglobin.
Iron also helps transport Oxygen through the body and maintains healthy cells hair and nails.
Vitamins
The compounds needed by the body to digest foods
