Describe good leadership
The ability to motivate, influence and, enable
in a way that improves organizational effectiveness

basically, a goal is created and communicated effectively. Where leaders behave in a way that demonstrates the vision, this builds employee trust and legitimizes the goal. Encourage employee experimentation and questioning how to change potential weakness/mistakes. Create a reward/recognition system, good communication is important.
How does a charismatic leadership work?
They relies on personal traits, applying referent power
Explain the relationship between transformational vs managerial relationship
Dynamic vs assumes stable environment
Macro-focused vs micro-focused
They are interdependent of each other
Relatively, this is not to say that managerial is a perfectly stable environment

Task-oriented
-focus around advancing tasks and goals
People oriented
-focus on employee needs to advance goals
These are self explanatory, and both required based on situation
Explain servant leadership traits and what they do?
They are selfless, egalitarian, humble, nurturing, empathetic, ethical coaches.
They are serving followers towards their need fulfilment, personal development, and growth
What is path-goal leadership theory?
A leadership theory stating that effective leaders choose the most appropriate leadership style(s), depending on the employee and situation, to influence employee expectations about desired results and their positive outcomes

What is implicit leadership theory?
A theory stating that people evaluate a leader’s effectiveness in terms of how well that person preconceived beliefs about the feature and behaviors of effective leaders (leadership prototype), and that people tend to inflate the influence of leaders on organizational events
