What is the INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION?
seeks to prevent children and adolescents from being exploited in the workplace
What is DEBT BONDAGE?
arrangement in which persons who are in debt pledge their labor or the labor of their children as payment
What is FORCED LABOUR?
situations in which persons are coerced to work through the use of violence, intimidation, or other means like manipulated debt, retention of identity papers, threats of deportation
What is COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION?
the practice of coerced or forced sex work for purposes of economic gain
What is OCCUPATIONAL DEVIANCE?
falsely calling in sick to work, claiming more hours than what was actually worked, stealing from employers, shortchanging customers, using substances on the job

an arrangement, common in Europe, in which an adolescent “novice” services under contract to a “master,” who has substantial experience in the profession, and through working under the master, learns the skill required to enter the profession
