ie. “Active and safe routes to school”, pressure government to increase funding for parks/ outdoor gyms - > Socioeconomic barriers
ie. Offer subsidies for registration/yearly fees of low-income families and/or offer sports scholarships to children - > Cultural barriers
ie. Address multiculturalism in sports, offer programs to provide info about sports and recreation to newcomers - > Personal barriers
ie. Take the stairs, change your diet, reduce screen time - > Psychological barriers
ie. work out in less competitive environment, find a form of PA that is fun
