a meditation practice in which a person focuses attention on their breathing, with thoughts, feelings and sensations being exprienced freely as they arise without judgement. instead of responding or reacting to those thoughts or feelings, you note them and let them go

inherent with cultural continuity. involves the recognition of the rights of aboriginal and torres strait islander peoples to practice their culture and shape their future based on their unique cultural world view. this includes recognizing aboriginal and torres strait islander sovereignty and issues of land rights and control of resources.
