  1. Hot soaks 20-30 mins several times daily
  2. clean wound following hot soak
  3. Pack wound open to allow drainage
  4. Antibiotic and fever reducing therapy

  1. Evacuate a if there is no response to treatment with in 12-24 hours.
  2. Rapidly Evacuate patient with any signs and symptoms of severe shock.
