What is a Stress injury.
Chronic Stress hormone release that can effect, physical, emotional and cognitive health.

- Trouble focusing
- Dizziness trampling
- Stomach distress
- Chest tightness or pain
- Tingling sensations
- Excessive fear reactions
- Possible Flight Flight or Freeze response.
What is Psychological first aid (PFA)
Supportive intervention to a person who may beed physical or emotional support. Focusing on Listening, assuring safety and basic needs are met reducing stress and helping the affected person to engage with support groups.
Create a sense of safety by:(2)
- Mitigating the sense by reducing chaos, and removing patients from preserved threats.
- Reflecting evidence of safety.
