- Professional image
Professionalism
Or a set of values based on the moral virtues of hard work and diligence
Work ethics
Involves three concepts:
- Personal problems and baggage
- Rumors and the grapevine
- Personal phone calls and business
Obstructions to professionalism
Awareness of this helps us determine the actions and behaviors that we find an acceptable. It make it possible To respect our Strengths, abilities, and individuality and those of others.
Establishing these results in:
- improved self confidence
- better ability to communicate honestly with others
- relationships based on honesty and respect
Self boundaries
This is simply deciding which tasks are most important.
