treatment for pedophilia
- surgical castration
- anti-androgen drugs= Lupron
- “chemical castration”= reduces sexual urges
can pedophilia be changed?
- perhaps not the direction of attraction to children
- increase voluntary control so that person doesn’t act on the attractions
- some experts question whether any treatments are successful
sexual harassment
unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature
