Nurses are educated professionals and life long learners who employ a wide variety of knowledge and skills to provide safe, effective and client centered care!
Formal Education
Graduating with a degree from an accredited program and passing the NCLEX
Informal Education
Occurs as you move into your profession. (novice, advanced beginner, competence, proficient, and expert)
