Artifice or trickery involves being cunning, skilled or artful to gain entry to a premises.
This form of entry still has an absence of authority regardless of the fact the owner let them in.

The moment they enter with that intent Burglary is complete.

A

Entry is complete as soon as any part of the person’s body or instrument used by the person is within the building or ship

With intent to commit an imprisonable offence in the building or ship.

A

Burglary can be aggravated when the person committing the burglary has a weapon with him or her or uses anything as a weapon, before or during the offence, while still on or in the building or ship.
