What are the three gateways

A

Gateway 1: Fire Statement - HSE became a statutory consultee for planning applications for high-rise residential buildings

Gateway 2: Building Control Approval for HRBs (12 weeks to approve)

Gateway 3: Completion Certificates - will ensure that BSR has the required information to issue a completion certificate (BSR has 8 weeks to approve the application)
