The anterior divisions of the superior and middle trunks
What forms the posterior cord?
The posterior division of all three trunks
What forms the medial cord?
The anterior division of the inferior trunk
What are the five main branches?
Musculocutaneous, axillary, median, radial and ulnar
What cord(s) forms the musculocutaneous branch?
Lateral cord

The posterior cord
