Topical: wounds, skin ulcers
Internal: passive hemorrhage, meno/metrorrhagia, hematuria, anal/uterine hemorrhods, cystits, leucorrhea,
poor digestion (hypochlorhydria, dyspepsia, biliary insufficiency, dyskinesia, anorexia, atonic constipation, gas), fever, upper respiratory tract infections (URTI), joint pains

Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) s/e
Thujone (highly unlikely due to minute concentrations in dried or extract form): emmenagogue, abortifacient, convulsions.

All due to bitter digestive stimulation: Gerd, active peptic ulcer, gastritis, bilary obstruction, acute cholelithiasis diarrhea, allergy to Asteracea family.

Antagonistic effect with PPI’s (esomeprazole)
Theoretical: decreased drug absorption due to increased gut motility
