Date, boat number, coxswain, air temp, water temp, wind speed, mission, PPE required, PPE being worn, OOD signature and OIC signature. OIC shall determine if waived equipment shall be carried.

What is sufficient rest-recovery time

A

Defined as a period of at least 8 hours of sleep.

A

OIC shall be notified and determine if asset should continue the mission or return to home port or safe mooring.

If continuing mission, waiver must be granted.

After consulting operational commander, they will have final decision on transit to home port or safe mooring
