4) must not be longer than period necessary to correct deficiency
5) not in sabbath
6) not appropriate for E7 or above
What is administrative withholding of privileges?
Temporary withholding of privileges that OIC has authority to grant. Examples; parking, exchange, special liberty.

Provide a clean and sanitary room with electrical outlets, table, and chair. Located near running water.
Assist in arranging for storage of breast milk. Shall provide freezer space if member on duty or at work beyond 12 hours. If less than 12, member can use ice packs if refrigeration space is unavailable.
Work with member to accommodate a schedule to pump. MBR not typically authorized breaks to breastfeed.
