1.Anteaters, armadillos, and sloths-Special connection between vertebrates, and they are toothless. 2.insectivores- nose is long and pointed that help smell their prey, small brains, simple teeth. Ex. Moles 3.Rodents- One set of incisors and they grow continually Ex. Mice 4. Rabbits, hares, pikas- 2 sets of incisors, tails are shorter than rodents 5.Flying mammals- bats, echolocation 6.
