Chronic mood disorder characterized by manic and hypomanic episodes often associated with major depressive episodes too
Define bipolar 1
Occurrence of 1/more manic episodes with or without history of 1/more depressive or hypomanic episodes

Occurrence of one or more depressive episodes accompanied by at least one hypomanic episode
