Describe the technique for Vasectomy
A
- anesthesia - local cord block + skin block
- locate vas and perform skin incision
- Grasp vas and separate from adjacent structures
- Clip +/-1 suture +/-1 cautery. Incise and remove short segment of vas
- observe site and assure hemostasis.
