Curvature of penis during erection due to acquired fibrous plaque formation at corpora
Etiology: Unknown

Palpable fibrosis of tunica albuginea of corpora cavernosa with resultant penile curvature +/- pain during erections.
Treatment of Peyronie’s
verapamil injections or topical gel, vitamin E

Painful erections, Impotence

Abnormally small caliber of urethral meatus.
Etiology: Infection, diaper rash in uncircumsied infants.
