Toothpaste (n)
A substance that you put onto a toothbrush to clean your teeth

A piece of wood or plastic used for attaching wet clothes to a clothes line.

Clothesline (n)
A thin long rope on which you hang clothes to dry outdoors.

EX: You can see some common sights in some countriesides in Vietnam, such as sharing a clothesline with their neighbors and giving dishes to their neighbors when their house has a memorial day or marriage.
Be careful not to hang your clothes on the clothesline overnight; it might rain.
Hair dryer (n)
An electric device used for drying and styling hair.

Polish (n)
A cream or other substance that you use to clean something

EX: My mother applied furniture polish to the wooden table to restore its shine and protect it from scratches.
My father uses shoe polish to make it shine and protect it from scratches.

-Be careful not to scratch the car when you’re polishing it.

Toilet paper (n)
Thin, soft paper used for cleaning yourself after you have used the toilet.

I love using washing powder mixed with a fragrant smell. It makes us comfortable and pleasant.

Mop(n)
A tool for washing floors that has a long handle with soft material or bunch of thick strings at the end.

EX: From my point of view, mopping the floor is the best way to get exercise. Therefore, it has mutual benefits, like the fact that you can do your housework and lose weight.
I often wash the mop again after mopping the floor three times because its head is so dirty.
-I need to mop the floor before guests arrive. (Tôi cần lau sàn nhà trước khi khách đến.)

Soapy water (n)
Soapy water is simply water that has soap dissolved in it. It is commonly used for cleaning and washing various objects and surface.

EX: From children’s point of view, they always think bubbles in the soapy water are so fun to play with.
I remember that when I was a child. I was the kind of girl who extremely wanted to play something weird and fun. Particularly, I used to stir soapy water, and I think the bubbles of soapy water are so fun to play with.

A trash bag is the bag that contains trash.

A container for people to put rubbish in, in the street or in a public building

Normally, in my sister’s house, I always carry the laundry basket to wash our clothes, and it’s extremely heavy..

Razor(n)
Electric razor (n)
A electric tool with sharp blade, used to remove hair from your skin

EX: He accidentally dropped his electric razor in the sink and stopped working.
Some people use shaving cream when they use razors, which makes the shaving easier.
-I need to buy a new razor, mine is dull. (Tôi cần mua dao cạo râu mới, cái của tôi cùn rồi.)
-There are a lot of new razor blade options on the market these days. (Hiện nay, trên thị trường có rất nhiều lựa chọn lưỡi dao cạo mới.)

A special cream that you put on your face when you shave

A liquid used for keeping the mouth clean and smelling fresh.
