What is your blood pressure and heart rate called when you are not exercising?

What is a recovery period?
Time taken once you have stopped exercising for your blood pressure and heart rate return to their resting levels.

Why isn’t BMI always accurate?
You could be fit and muscular your BMI might be outside the ‘normal’ range because muscle is more dense than fat.
What is another way of monitoring your fitness apart from BMI and recovery period?
Proportion body fat- Percentage of your body that is made from fat- as your fitness increases the percentage lowers.
