What is Resilience?
- Resilience is the ability to withstand, recover, and grow in the face of stressers and changing demands
- Developed through a set of core competencies (self-awareness, self-regulation, optimism, mental agility, strengths of character, and connections) that enable mental toughness, optimal individual and organizational performance, and strong leadership
What are the Army Resilience Directorate’s (ARD) three lines of effort?
