A
Form of re-entrant atrial tachycardia
Confined to RA
Usually paroxysmal
If chronic, it can progress to AF

ECG findings
A
Atrial rate: 300bpm
Saw tooth F wave
Rapid, regular rate
Commonly seen on inferior leads

Management
A
DC Cardioversion - to terminate arrhythmia
RF ablation - easily ablated as it is confined to RA
Pharmacological therapy
