A

Narrowing of vessel lumen leading to demand led ischaemia which is predictable and safe
Use GTN spray before exercise

Unstable angina

A

Patient with stable angina that is changed to the dangerous situation where the coronary artery is exposed to rapid deterioration in the lumen
Platelet rich clots form on top of the vulnerable plaque and continue to occlude the vessel
Occurs at rest
Resistant to GTN spray
