+ >2 of those episodes occur at nighttime /per month

LOW-dose ICS (fluticasone)
+/- Leukotriene modifier (Montelukast)

A
-Frequency is daily
-Treat with

MED-dose ICS (fluticasone)

-Continual symptoms and frequent night time episodes
