Damage to the retina and retinal circulation due to high blood pressure.

A
- Urinalysis
- Chemistry (electrolytes & creatinine)
- Fasting glucose or A1c
- Fasting cholesterol, HDL, LDL triglycerides
- Standard 12-lead ECG
