Tell me about an example of where you have worked well in a team. How successful do you think this team was?
When conducting large building surveys, I often work in a team. This is beneficial because it allows different set of eyes to inspect the property to ensure nothing is missed and it allows useful engagement. I could improve this role by doing more due diligence prior to the survey and sharing it among my colleagues.
What is a common issue you have come across when working in a team?
Sometimes input is overlooked if there are too many people on a project.
Why is diversity and inclusivity valuable to businesses / teams?
Everyone has differing opinions and ways of looking at a situation. This will help improve efficiency and the quality of work produced.
What are the differences between diversity and inclusion?
Diversity is the what and inclusion is the how.
What does inclusive communication include?
Inclusive communication means sharing information in a way that everybody can understand.
What is partnering and collaborative working?
An arrangement whereby two or more organisations work together, usually over a period of time, with the deliberate purpose of achieving shared aims
What is unconscious bias and how can you reduce it?
Prejudice or unsupported judgments in favour of or against one thing, person, or group as compared to another, in a way that is usually considered unfair. It can be reduced by improve awareness, encouraging discussions and being inclusive.
What policies does your company have and how do you comply with them?
Treat everyone how you would like to be treated. I comply by doing so.

Supply chain management is the management of the flow of goods and services and includes all processes that transform raw materials into final products.

Why is accountability and responsibility important when working in a team?
Fosters better work relationships, improves job satisfaction, and helps teams work more effectively together.
