- Headache,
- prolonged QT interval
- constipation / dizziness
Metoclopramide- Indications
Antiemetic- chemotherapy
- Cant use long term
Metoclopramide- MOA
- Dopamine receptor antagonist. - Stimulates GI tract motility- promotility
Metoclopramide- AE
- Sedation, diarrhea, - extrapyramidal symptoms
Dronabinol- MOA
Cannabinoid- produces CNS effects

Nausea & wt loss: AIDS, chemo, anorexia
- Appetite stimulant
Dronabinol- AE
- Slows gastric emptying
Dizziness, somnolence, euphoria, addiction
Promethazine- MOA
Binds to H1 reciptors blocking effect of histamine on CNS
