USE: HNPEK, CAPES, Gram pos

AE:
-GI (NVD)
-Neurotoxicity (diz/in/seizure/neuropathy)
-Derma (photo/rash)

-Cardiac: QTP

CI: Pregnancy, Children, Tendonitis
