Amoxicillin PO + metronidazole (5 days)
Cotrimoxazole PO + metronidazole (if penicillin allergic)

Amoxicillin IV + Gentamicin IV + Metronidazole IV

Co-trimoxazole IV + Gentamicin IV + metronidazole IV (if penicillin allergic)
