Abdominal trauma
ectopic pregnancy
IUD/SB
evacuation of molar pregnancy
TOP
intrauterine therapeutic interventions e.g. laser, surgery, shunts)

Delivery (any type)

When is follow up after anti-D required?

A

When FMH is >4ml, follow up blood test needed 48h post IV anti-D and 72h post IM anti-D to see if further anti-D required

What should you do if there’s continual uterine bleeding (and other conditions excluded)?

A

Anti- D Ig should be given every 6 weeks and blood tests for FMH every 2 weeks
