Bevacizumab (avastin)-blocks VEGF receptor–> colorectal, NSCLC, glioblastoma, renal

Lenalidomide (revlimid)- inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines–>MM, MDS

Thalidomide- inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines –> MM, MDS
